All Occasions Event Rental is nationally recognized as having the highest number of Certified Event Rental Professionals (CERP) of any rental company in the United States and Canada, with nearly 100% of our event consultant and service staff earning this designation. Plus, the majority of our consultant and service team members have 10 years or more in the event rental business. All this translates to top-notch service for you.

Elizabeth Wilson, CERP

President

Elizabeth Wilson has filled many roles in the All Occasions team over the years. Her experience also includes work with an event rental firm in Texas. She currently serves on a national committee of the American Rental Association (ARA) and earned CERP designation in 2009. "Being involved in the event rental business at the local and national levels is both rewarding and challenging, and helps me keep our company on top of trends in service and products."

Tommy Wilson, CERP

Vice President, Tenting

With All Occasions since 2002, Tommy is an expert in tenting and leads the team responsible for making sure events are set correctly and on time. Tommy's previous experience in the rental business coupled with his CERP designation make him a valuable member of the All Occasions team. "I get satisfaction out of working with our team to pull together all the details so that an event exceeds our customer's expectations!"


Matthew Brown

Director of Operations

Matthew started at All Occasions in 2016 as the Assistant General Manager and was later promoted to Director of Operations in 2017. He brings with him over twenty years of experience and knowledge in the events industry, particularly the catering sector with ten years as the General Manager of Funky's Catering. Matthew has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati and is working towards his CERP designation.

Joanne Kelly, CERP

Customer Service Manager

Joanne started with All Occasions in 2011 as an Event Consultant and was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2016. She brings 12 years of customer service experience to the position and received her CERP designation in 2012. "I take great pride in going the extra mile to provide exceptional service and helping our customers with the details that add a special touch to their event. My goal is to make the AO experience an easy one so that the customer can focus on enjoying their celebration."

Rachael Fritsch, CERP

Event Consultant - Cincinnati

Rachael joined All Occasions as an Event Consultant in 2017. She is a Certified Wedding & Event Planner and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Belhaven University. Rachael also brings arts administration experience from numerous non-profit organizations to the team. “I absolutely love helping clients bring their event vision to life. With endless design possibilities, I enjoy seeing the unique details each event presents.”

Kristen Hinton, CERP

Senior Event Consultant - Cincinnati

Kristen joined All Occasions as an Event Consultant in 2008. She brings experience from both a local charity and public relations firm to her position. She is a member of the local Cincinnati Chapter of ILEA. Kristen has a degree from the Scripps College of Communication at Ohio University and earned her CERP designation in 2009. "I love helping customers in our design center and enjoy the wide variety of events we help to create."

Brittany Tabler, CERP

Event Consultant - Cincinnati

Brittany joined All Occasions as an Event Consultant in 2016. She brings with her three years of experience in both catering sales and event planning. Brittany has a Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management degree from Indiana University Bloomington and is originally from Orange County, California. She serves as the Director of Membership for the local Cincinnati Chapter of ILEA. "My absolute passion is to assist customers in creating their events, whether big or small, and working through the details to make their events truly unforgettable. I always strive to exceed every customer's expectations and hopefully work with them again on their future special events.”


Ashlee Laub

Event Consultant - Cincinnati

Ashlee joined All Occasions as an Event Consultant in 2018. She holds an Applied Business degree from the University of Cincinnati with a concentration in meeting and event planning. She brings to her position 15 years of industry experience in customer service, commercial sales, promotional planning and corporate event planning. “I have a true passion for helping clients, and I love watching their events come to life in our showroom. Each of our clients are unique in what they are needing assistance with and I love being able to guide them through the rental process and make it an enjoyable and fun part of their event.”

Tracy McIntosh, CERP

Event Consultant - Cincinnati

Tracy started with  All Occasions as an Event Consultant in 2016.  She brings with her 15 years of customer service experience in the events industry. Tracy’s background has focused on catering and event planning for both corporate and personal functions. “I love being able to help enhance and bring to life the vision our customers have for all types of occasions. Each one should be a memorable celebration, and it is exhilarating to be a part of so many unique events. I strive to not only go above and beyond with customer service, but to also make the journey a positive, enjoyable one. ”


Amy Otte

Event Consultant - Louisville

With All Occasions since 2018, Amy brings with her over 22 years of experience in catering and hospitality sales. She is a Louisville native with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Louisville. She is currently working towards getting her CERP designation. “My focus and passion for events is client driven: Planning, detailing and execution with them all lead to the winning combination of making exceptional events come to life!”


Becky Ryan

Event Consultant - Louisville

Becky has over thirty years of experience in the event rental industry, specifically with Ballou’s Rent-All in Louisville, Kentucky where her mother was a co-owner. When All Occasions acquired Ballou’s in 2018, they were fortunate enough to keep Becky on as an Event Consultant. Her knowledge and experience has been invaluable through the transition. “I am excited to have the opportunity to continue to serve our community with their event rental needs. Helping clients who visit me with just an idea and turning it into a successful event has been my goal since 1988.”


Don Ryan

Operations Team Lead - Louisville

When All Occasions acquired Ballou’s Rent-All in Louisville, Kentucky in 2018, they were fortunate enough to keep Don, a former employee of over thirty years, as an Operations Team Lead. His customer, product and operations knowledge have contributed greatly to the success of the All Occasions Louisville location. 


Hanna Turner

Event Consultant - Louisville

Hanna joined the All Occasions team as an Event Consultant in 2018 when the Louisville location was acquired. Previously, she worked for an event rental company in Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs. Hanna is in the process of obtaining her CERP designation. “My goal is to consistently provide excellent services for our customers going above and beyond their expectations. I enjoy the challenges of making each unique vision come to life just the way the customer imagined it.”

Event Consultant - Cincinnati

Trish started as an Event Consultant with All Occasions in November 2014. She has 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, corporate event planning and customer service from various national corporations headquartered in the Cincinnati area. She has a Bachelors degree from Marquette University and a Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University. Trish received her CERP designation in 2015. "I enjoy working with customers on their events, no matter how big or small, to exceed expectations and make it a truly enjoyable and memorable experience for them."

Inventory Manager

Jenn joined the All Occasions team as an Event Consultant in March 2014 and was promoted to Inventory Manager in November 2014. She has a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing as well as previous experiences in customer service and sales. She obtained her CERP designation in 2014. 


Cindy Wilson

Executive Assistant

Cindy started as the Administrative Assistant for the All Occasions team in 2015 and was promoted to Executive Assistant in 2018. She brings with her over fifteen years of experience in customer service, primarily in the service industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2018.

Accountant

Sheryl has served as the All Occasions accountant since 2007. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and welcomes customer inquiries on billing concerns.


Munroe Fannin

Human Resources Manager

Munroe joined the All Occasions team in 2019 as the Human Resources Manager. He is a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management and brings with him over 3 years of HR experience from a local community college. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern New Hampshire University and a Masters of Business Administration from Western Governors University.

Transportation Manager

Seth joined the All Occasions team in January 2019 as the Transportation Manager. Prior to that, he worked as a Captain and Operations Manager of Funky’s Catering for seven years. He graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He will soon begin working towards his CERP designation.
