All Occasions Event Rental is nationally recognized as having the highest number of Certified Event Rental Professionals (CERP) of any rental company in the United States and Canada, with nearly 100% of our event consultant and service staff earning this designation. Plus, the majority of our consultant and service team members have 10 years or more in the event rental business. All this translates to top-notch service for you.

Robert H. Hughes, CERP
Director of Special Events
Robert has 18+ years of experience in the event rental business and serves as Director of Special Events for All Occasions. He played a key role in developing the Certified Event Rental Professional (CERP) program for the American Rental Association and was a member of the inaugural group to receive CERP designation. A member of the founding group for the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of ISES (International Special Events Society,) Robert has spoken at numerous national conventions and trade shows. "It is truly wonderful to be asked to be a part of a family's most special day - an honor to help make an event special and memorable. Even after many years in the business, I still consider it is a privilege to be involved in these milestone events."

Tommy Wilson, CERP
Tent and Event Operations Manager
With All Occasions since 2002, Tommy is an expert in tenting and leads the team responsible for making sure events are set correctly and on time. Tommy's previous experience in the rental business coupled with his CERP designation make him a valuable member of the All Occasions team. "I get lots of satisfaction out of working with our team to pull together all the details so that an event exceeds our customer's expectations!"

Dee Schiml, CERP
Senior Event Consultant
Dee retired in October 2009, after 20+ years with All Occasions. She was an instrumental part of our team, leading our Customer Service department for many years. Dee helped shape us into the company we are today. We miss her, as do many of our long term clients, but we wish her all the best in her much deserved retirement.


Elizabeth Wilson, CERP
Operations Manager
Elizabeth Wilson has filled many roles in the All Occasions team over the years. Her experience also includes work with an event rental firm in Texas. She currently serves on a national committee of the American Rental Association (ARA) and earned CERP designation in 2009. "Being involved in the event rental business at the local and national levels is both rewarding and challenging, and helps me keep our company on top of trends in service and products."

Gary Barker, CERP
Event Consultant & Routing/Dispatch
CERP-certified, Gary has been a member of the AO team since 1999. In addition to helping clients plan their events, Gary arranges all delivery and pick up schedules. "I enjoy putting together a schedule that meets our client's needs in an efficient way."

Beth Brigger, CERP
Event Consultant
Before joining All Occasions in 2004, Beth worked as a Corporate Event Planner in Washington DC.  Beth is the President for the local chapter of ISES and earned her CERP designation in 2005.  She has a degree in Interpersonal Communication from Bowling Green State University.  "I especially enjoy working with clients in our fabulous showroom, where we can experiment with products and colors to create the special look the client wants."

Kristen Mueller, CERP
Event Consultant
Kristen joined All Occasions as an Event Consultant in 2008. She brings experience from both a local charity and public relations firm to her position. Kristen has a degree from the Scripps College of Communication at Ohio University and earned her CERP designation in 2009. "I love helping customers in our showroom and enjoy the wide variety of events we help to create."

Jennifer Noll, CERP
Event Consultant

Jennifer joined the All Occasions team in late 2008.  She has 15 years of customer service and sales experience, along with a degree in Interior Design.  Jennifer received her CERP designation in 2009.  "Each client wants their event to be unique.  I love the challenge of exceeding expectations by creating a truly special experience every  time!"

Susan Phillips, CERP
Receptionist
Susan recently retired in November 2009, after being an integral member of the All Occasions team for over 15 years. She always made our customers feel welcome, both on the phone and when they visited the showroom. We miss her, but we wish her all the best in her much deserved retirement.

Sheryl Barker
Accountant
Sheryl has served as the All Occasions accountant since 2007. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and welcomes customer inquiries on billing concerns.
